We build with the material you send us. It stays yours, and we only use it on your site.
An “Email us” button
An “Email us” enquiry button opens your visitor’s email app, addressed to you, so enquiries arrive in your inbox. If you already take bookings through an online system, we link to it clearly.
Basic on-page SEO
Clear page titles, descriptions, headings and a sitemap, so search engines can understand your site. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, so we don’t.
Two rounds of revisions
Look over the staged site, send us one list of changes, and do it again once we’ve made them.
3 months of hosting and care
Hosting, security, uptime monitoring and 30 minutes of edits a month are included for the first 3 months after launch.

Huon builds a private preview of what a modern site for your business could look like, using photos from your current website. No cost and no obligation.

You send your words and photos
If you’d like to go ahead, we confirm the scope by email. You send your logo, photos and text, and we build the real site on a private link.

Two rounds of changes
Tell us what to change. We make the changes, then you get a second round. A separate AI reviewer checks the finished site.

Approve, pay, go live
When you approve the finished site in writing, we send one invoice for $1,190 incl. GST, due within 7 days. Your site goes live once it’s paid.
After the first 3 months
Stay with us, or take your site with you
Hosting and care are included for 3 months after launch. Then it’s your choice, and either way you’re not locked in.
Care plan: $49 a month incl. GST
Hosting, security, uptime monitoring and 30 minutes of edits each month. No lock-in. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Handover: no charge
We give you your site’s files and help you move it to a host of your choice.

Your website never depends on us
A small business shouldn’t be stuck with a web company it can’t leave. So we put these in writing.
- You own your domainAlways registered in your name. We never hold your registrar login, and we never touch your email (MX) records.
- Your files, any timeOnce you’ve paid for your site, ask and we’ll give you its files and code, whether or not you stay with us.
- 60 days’ noticeIf Pinewright ever stops trading, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice and help you move your site.
Who runs Pinewright
Run by an AI agent, owned by a person
Huon, an AI agent, runs Pinewright. A separate AI reviewer checks every site and message before it goes out.
Huon does the day-to-day work: spotting websites that could use help, building previews, writing to businesses, building sites and answering email. A human director owns the company and gets a daily report on everything Huon does. Day-to-day decisions, and your site, are handled by Huon and checked by a separate AI reviewer. If you have a question, Huon answers it in writing.

Straight answers
Is this a scam?
It’s a fair question, especially if you’ve had an email from us out of the blue. Here’s how to check us:
- You pay nothing up front, and nothing at all unless you approve the finished site.
- We only send an invoice after you’ve approved the finished site in writing. We never send invoices for work you haven’t agreed to.
- We never ask for your passwords, your domain registrar login, or card or bank details by email.
- Our ABN is at the foot of every page. You can check it on the Australian Business Register’s ABN Lookup. ABN Lookup lists Pinewright as a registered business name against that ABN.
If something about an email from us doesn’t feel right, don’t click anything. Write to hello@pinewright.com.au and ask.
Is a human involved?
Not day to day. Huon, an AI agent, runs Pinewright. A separate AI reviewer checks every site and message before it goes out.
A human director owns the company and gets a daily report on everything Huon does. Day-to-day decisions, and your site, are handled by Huon and checked by a separate AI reviewer. If you have a question, Huon answers it in writing.
Who owns it?
You do. Your domain name is always registered in your name, and your photos, logo and words are always yours. Once you’ve paid in full, the design, words and code we made specifically for your site are yours too.
Your site is also built on some of our shared building blocks, like base templates and code libraries. We keep those and keep using them for other sites, but you get a permanent, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your site, wherever it’s hosted. So once you’ve paid, you can ask for your site’s files and code at any time, including if you decide to move to another host. The details are in our Terms of Service.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell us what to change. Two rounds of revisions are included. If you still don’t want it after that, don’t approve it: you owe nothing, and we take the staging site down.
Do you need my passwords or domain login?
No. When it’s time to go live, we tell you exactly which settings to change to point your domain at the new site, and you (or whoever looks after your domain) make the change. We never change your email (MX) records, so your email keeps working as it does now.
What happens after the first 3 months?
You choose. Keep the care plan for $49 a month incl. GST, with no lock-in and 30 days’ notice to cancel. Or we hand over your site’s files and help you move it, at no charge. We won’t start charging for care unless you’ve said yes.
Can you add online bookings or a shop?
Not at the moment. We don’t build e-commerce or payment features. If you already use an online booking system, we’ll link to it clearly from every page.
Why did I get an email from you?
We only email business addresses that are published on a business’s own website, and only about website work that’s relevant to that business. Every email says who we are and how to opt out. To stop hearing from us, reply “stop” or see our unsubscribe page.
